Our Autism Key Workers:
MAIN’s Key Workers support adults who have received a late diagnosis of autism, providing individuals with a range of support packages that are specific to the individual offering a holistic approach of care. ARA’s:
- Manage an individual caseload of autistic adults and deliver practical advice and support to clients, actively listening throughout support.
- Advocate and support clients in a person centred way
- Create resources, provide intervention/strategies, signposting and plan support tailored to individual goals or needs to help clients achieve their objectives.
- Actively engage with leadership, direction, management support and professional practice supervision.
- Work alongside other agencies in a positive and proactive way
- Actively promote the aims and values of MAIN and participate in quality assurance and service improvement systems and initiatives
