SEN, neurodiverse Day Services for young people and adults are specialised programs designed to provide support, structure, and opportunities for autistic individuals, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other cognitive and or learning differences. These services aim to help adults lead fulfilling lives by offering a range of activities and support systems tailored to their uniqueness, focusing on personal development, social interaction, and life skills.
Day Services offer a holistic approach to support, focusing on personal growth, independence, social inclusion, and emotional well-being. These services provide a safe and structured environment where people can develop life skills, build relationships, engage in meaningful activities, and gain the confidence to live more independently. The integration of therapeutic, vocational, and social support helps individuals achieve their personal goals and improves their overall quality of life.

Employability Sessions are designed to help individuals who are neurodiverse, and or have additional learning differences gain the skills, confidence, and experience needed to enter and succeed in the workforce. These sessions focus on building practical job skills, enhancing social and communication abilities, and providing support in navigating the unique challenges that SEN individuals may face in employment. They are tailored to accommodate different learning styles, strengths, and needs, offering a supportive and inclusive approach to career development.
These sessions create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where participants can learn at their own pace, explore career options, and build the resilience needed to succeed in employment. Through personalised coaching, tailored skills training, and hands-on experience, SEN individuals are empowered to find fulfilling and meaningful work. These workshops also work with future employers to identify how best to support neurodiverse and SEN adults and what reasonable adjustments however small can make a huge difference to the working experience.

Our THRIVE Centre, offers a holistic learning experience which is designed to provide an inclusive, supportive environment where neurodiverse individuals—such as those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, or other cognitive differences, can develop essential skills for employment, independent living, and personal growth. The THRIVE Centre focuses not only on academic or vocational training but also addresses emotional, social, and practical life skills, ensuring that participants receive well-rounded support to thrive in both personal and professional settings.
A holistic training hub for neurodiverse, SEN adults offer a comprehensive, supportive learning environment where individuals can develop their vocational, life, and social skills. By focusing on individualised learning, emotional and therapeutic support, practical skills training, and community inclusion, the THRIVE Centre fosters personal growth and independence, empowering adults to lead fulfilling and successful lives.

Personal Assistant (P.A) support for Special Educational Needs (SEN), neurodiverse children, young people and adults play a crucial role in helping them thrive within the community. The term “neurodiverse” covers a range of conditions, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences. P.A.’s offers tailored support that addresses the unique challenges faced by our children in social environments.
The role of a Personal Assistant in supporting neurodiverse children is holistic, focusing on individualised care that promotes inclusion, emotional well-being, and social inclusion. P.A.’s act as a bridge between the child, their family, and the broader community, ensuring that SEN, neurodiverse children can thrive in environments that might otherwise be overwhelming or inaccessible.

These groups are vital for parents navigating the challenges of raising children with additional needs, offering guidance, empathy, and understanding without the fear of criticism or judgment.

By offering emotional validation, practical advice, and a strong sense of community, these groups help parents feel supported and empowered. In a safe, inclusive space, parents can share their experiences, find comfort in knowing they are not alone, and gain the confidence to advocate for their children.

Unregistered Alternative Education for children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), who are not attending school refers to educational settings or programs that are not formally registered or regulated by the government. These environments offer flexible and often individualised learning opportunities tailored to the uniqueness of the child, young person. Families may choose unregistered alternative education for a variety of reasons, including dissatisfaction with traditional schooling, difficulties in meeting the child’s specific needs, or sensory and emotional challenges that make formal school environments overwhelming.
Unregistered Alternative Education offers a flexible, individualised approach that prioritises the child’s specific needs, interests, and emotional well-being. With a focus on personalised learning, therapeutic support, and practical life skills, these settings offer a valuable alternative for families who find traditional schooling insufficient or unsuitable for their neurodiverse children.

PDSS, for autistic adults is diverse, focusing on emotional well-being, promoting independence, and community inclusion. With the right support, autistic adults can better understand their own needs, advocate for themselves, and thrive in various areas of life, from employment to relationships and independent living. This support not only improves their quality of life but also fosters empowerment and long-term success.
