MAIN has an amazing Board of Trustees who understand the needs of our families and want to make a real lasting difference to our children, young people and adults who access MAIN daily, our staff, interns and volunteers go above and beyond; bringing laughter and lightness into our building and to the lives of those we support.
This page details our core team here at MAIN, however, we have more than 100 people working in our organisation at the moment.

- Build, strong external relationships to enhance the voice and reputation of the charity and that of our benefactors.
- Ensure a robust operational and financial reporting systems
- Elevating the brand recognition of the charity
- Develop a strong Management Team
- Provide leadership and guidance to the charity, being responsible for its administration and financial management.
- Work closely with the Board of Trustees to develop the long-term strategy and business plan
- Oversee the overall direction of the charity

Our Autism Key Workers:
MAIN’s Key Workers support adults who have received a late diagnosis of autism, providing individuals with a range of support packages that are specific to the individual offering a holistic approach of care. ARA’s:
- Manage an individual caseload of autistic adults and deliver practical advice and support to clients, actively listening throughout support.
- Advocate and support clients in a person centred way
- Create resources, provide intervention/strategies, signposting and plan support tailored to individual goals or needs to help clients achieve their objectives.
- Actively engage with leadership, direction, management support and professional practice supervision.
- Work alongside other agencies in a positive and proactive way
- Actively promote the aims and values of MAIN and participate in quality assurance and service improvement systems and initiatives
