Activity – Weekend Explorers
For children/young people who are autistic, neurodivergent, awaiting diagnosis, have a learning disability and or complex need.
Activity
This group is specifically designed for our children who may need 1:1 or 2:1 support, aged 11-18 years, Explorers offers children an opportunity to explore their senses, experience different textures, enjoy and chill in the soft and sensory play areas in our purpose built centre, creating a calming environment for all to enjoy.
Explorers will spend time, enjoying soft play, sensory, messy play, baking, arts, and crafts and much more, support and encouragement is centred around the individual.
Explorers looks to work closely with school and parents to make sure that we offer a holistic provision of support that follows the same format, providing our little ones with a sense of structure.
