Activity – Teens & Tweens
For teenagers who are autistic, neurodivergent, awaiting diagnosis, have a learning disability and or complex need.
Activity
Activities include learning new hobbies, gaming, baking, cooking & arts and crafts, as a group they choose their activities such as, meals out, bowling, Level X, escape rooms seem to be a popular choice among the group, they enjoy day trips to the country or visiting the local petting farms.
T&T, are a lovely group of young people, they are always up for a challenge and recently did a sponsored walk raising over £300 for MAIN and their activities.
Sessions at MAIN, provide our young people with the necessary skills and abilities to be more independent, from paying for their own items and dealing with staff in a shopping environment, to budgeting and planning.
T&T’s runs at various times and days throughout the week, offering our teenagers a chance to just be teenagers.
All of our groups provide a safe space for our children to enjoy themselves, make friends and just chill out.

Tuesday’s 6.30-8.30pm (term time only)
Wednesday’s 6-8pm (all year round)
Alternate Saturday’s 12-4pm (all year round)
