MAIN Completes First Aid at Work Training with FR Safety and Training

At MAIN, we take the health and safety of our staff and clients very seriously. That’s why we recently completed a comprehensive First Aid at Work training session with FR Safety and Training.

Our team learned essential skills, including CPR, to ensure we are prepared to handle any emergencies that may arise. This training is a crucial part of our commitment to providing a safe environment for everyone at MAIN.

Check out some photos of our dedicated staff in action, practicing their CPR techniques and other first aid skills. We’re proud of their hard work and dedication to keeping our community safe.

Thank you to FR Safety and Training for providing such valuable training. Together, we are making MAIN a safer place for all.

Hi, I am Becca Brighty, founder of ADHD Impact, Business Psychologist and ADHD coach. I was diagnosed with ADHD in May 2022. Since then, I have used the skills my professional training has given me to learn as much about ADHD as possible and apply that knowledge to how I work.

Learning about my brain has completely changed my life. For the first time ever I am truly working toward achieving my potential, work feels easy, I am no longer constantly exhausted and after a lifetime of career frustration and disappointment it’s the most exciting, incredible feeling.

Thank You to Teesside University Students!

We were delighted to welcome students from Teesside University today, who generously volunteered their time to help us prepare for our Christmas Fayre tomorrow at 2pm.

The students spent a few hours litter picking around our building and cleaning some rooms, ensuring everything is in perfect condition for the event. A special shoutout goes to Aski, Michelle, Tony, Jesubukade, and Fatima for their incredible help and dedication.

Your efforts have made a significant difference, and we are truly grateful for your support. Thank you for your time and hard work!

We look forward to seeing everyone at the Christmas Fayre tomorrow!

‘Thanks for organising everything – I had a really fulfilling morning. All of the staff and volunteers were really welcoming and friendly and it was a great cause for the community! Nice to meet Teesside students from different countries/schools of study too.’
