Hi, I am Becca Brighty, founder of ADHD Impact, Business Psychologist and ADHD coach. I was diagnosed with ADHD in May 2022. Since then, I have used the skills my professional training has given me to learn as much about ADHD as possible and apply that knowledge to how I work.

Learning about my brain has completely changed my life. For the first time ever I am truly working toward achieving my potential, work feels easy, I am no longer constantly exhausted and after a lifetime of career frustration and disappointment it’s the most exciting, incredible feeling.

We have another exciting update for our Pathways to Independence centre! Here’s a sneak peek at the colour theme for the centre and reception area.

Thoughtful Design:

Although MAIN has extensive experience, we recently attended a conference focused on interior design for autistic individuals. This has helped us ensure that our new features are not only appropriate but also create a calm and welcoming environment with reduced barriers.

We are committed to making our centre a place where everyone feels comfortable and supported. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to make progress!
